Jangan Pandang Belakang (Don’t Look Back) is a Malaysian Horror Movie by Ahmad Idham. The film tells story about a young man named Darma (Pierre Andre) who tries to seek the truth about the death of his fiancé, Rose. Together with Rose’s twin sister, Seri, Darma starts his investigation. The duo’s quest starts at Rose’s house where they discover a peculiar bottle, leading Darma and Seri to another riddle. The discovery of weird images in a digital camera left by Rose, adds to the duo’s suspicion concerning her death. But after the discovery, Darma experience strange things. Noticed that something wrong happened to Darma, his boss Da’im (Jalaluddin) gives Darma a week leave. Then Darma visit Mak Lang (Khatijah) who lives with her daughter, Lin (Rio) and her senile mother, Opah (Rusminah Sidek) to cure him and to solve the mystery of Rose’s death.

Disappointed with FF: Tokyo Drift(a linear action racing movie), my eyes brighten with upcoming Japanese movie ‘Speed Master’. The teaser tailer really cool and I can expect a great action racing movie with good story line.
A teaser trailer is up for Taikan Suga’s (’The Last Love Song on This Little Planet’, ‘Blister’) drift racing action pic ‘Speed Master.’ Following up on his manga-based otaku hits, Suga’s new offering is a fusion of Fast and the Furious meets Anime style, which is bound to be a crowd pleaser. That, and the fact its got cool cars going at break neck speeds, left, right and centre. Sounds like the perfect recipe for race movie to us.

Hong Kong actor and director Stephen Chow’s new film‘CJ7’ (previously titled ‘A Hope’) is a sci-fi comedy about a poor Chinese laborer and his son. Stephen Chow stars as the laborer while Kitty Zhang Yuqi, a rising star in mainland China, makes her feature film debut as a beautiful teacher who is actually an alien. Stephen Chow’s son is played by a 9-year-old girl called Xu Jiao. It is said that Xu Jiao is the lead actress in the movie.

Synopsis
Ayie is a young man currently studying in college. He is very much fond with racing cars. He is often invloved with illegal race car activities and spends most of his time with two of his best friends Loyai and Amran. Ayie is continoulsy being lectured by his brother who has taken care of him since their parents passed away when he was still young. Johari is running a workshop the workshop where Amran is working. Johari used to be a big time car racer but eventually quit because he didn’t want his younger brother to follow his footsteps.

Zhang Ziyi and Takeshi Kaneshiro will collaborate again on ‘Deng Dai’ (literally means wait or waiting) after ‘House of Flying Daggers’. The love story, based on a novel with the same title, will be directed by Peter Chan. The story happens between a doctor and a nurse who have been waiting for each other for 18 years because of their love. The movie will begin shooting at the beginning of next year. [asianpopcorn]

Rising Chinese actress Zhou Xun will play a taxi driver searching for a missing boyfriend in the urban romance called “The Encounters of Li Mi” in Chinese. The Chinese-language movie is scheduled to start shooting Tuesday in southern Yunnan province for a month or two, Ran Zi, a publicist for Zhou, told The Associated Press in a phone interview.
Ran said the movie is directed by Beijing Film Academy professor Cao Baoping. Zhou won best actress at Taiwan’s Golden Horse Awards - the Chinese-language equivalent of the Oscars - for her portrayal of a movie star caught between past and present loves in “Perhaps Love.”
